



ABOUT
Charlene qualified as a yoga teacher in February 2016 following training with Sianna Sherman in Costa Rica for Rasa Yoga.
​
Having been a strong practitioner for several years, Charlene realised the benefits of yoga for the body, mind and spirit after going through a time of illness. Yoga and meditation have been paramount to her recovery.
Charlene left behind her old path of working in an office as an accountant in Central London to pursue her dreams and follow her heart to share the benefits of yoga with others.
​
During her time in Costa Rica, Charlene fell in love with the magic of nature and the safe environment, which was created within the “Heart Tribe” teachings of Sianna Sherman, it was in this safe environment where growth happens.
This became the basis for Charlene’s sankalpa (intention to teach), to
“create magic”
for others to feel they can escape the stresses of every day life and unwind mentally and improve the way they think and open up to the way they feel.
For reflecting in the beauty of the world, and appreciating the magic all around us, it is within this gratitude where the path to a happy, calm mind lies.
In July 2016 Charlene underwent further training for Pre and Post Natal classes – a course run by Claire Saunders at Union Station Yoga in London.
Claire Saunders of YogaBright has been a loving and supportive mentor.
